Rekindle Your Dreams
What was your dream when you were a child?
What did you imagine you would become before the world started setting limits and obstacles?
Is it allowed to dream again?
And how do you even remember that old dream?.. the one that once burned so strongly inside you?
I invite you to a session where we will dive together through guided writing and inspiring conversation
About dreams of the past, discover them, and see which ones still want to awaken in your life.
Because it is never too late to dream again.
Duration: 90 Min
After years of therapeutic writing, that even helped me create an entire play.
I developed a method of guided writing where we will release the mind, thoughts, and worries.
We will dive into a world of laughter, associations, and emotions through writing exercises that are suitable for everyone, even without experience.
This is not a “literary” workshop, but a space for release and exploration, where writing becomes a tool for connecting with yourself, inspiration, and creativity.
Come to write, let go, and discover what hides between the lines.
Duration: 60 - 90 Min

The Beauty Of Being You
A workshop where we explore our relationship with the body through guided intuitive painting.
We begin with a light conversation about how we experience our bodies. Then we move into intuitive painting guided by me, with a wide variety of materials for painting, exploration, and personal expression.
The workshop allows us to reconnect with our inner child, play with color, and rediscover the beauty and love for our bodies.
Duration: 90 -120 minutes, depending on the number of participants.
Frame the Feeling - Photography workshop
How do you capture emotion? How do you turn a simple movement into a moment that stays in memory?
In the workshop “Capturing the Moment”, we will dive into the world of spontaneous photography through a live experience with an artistic model in motion.
Unlike staged photos, here there are no poses and no preparation for what will happen in a minute.
I move naturally through the space, and you are invited to observe, recognize, and respond in real time.
During the workshop, we will learn:
-
How to capture a genuine moment that carries emotion, not just documentation
-
How reading movement, changing angles, or playing with light can turn an ordinary photo into a story
-
How to develop sensitivity, presence, and awareness of what is happening now
Midway, we will take a professional break, review the photos together, and analyze how each frame tells a story and what can be improved.
Then we will continue the photography session with the new knowledge and put it into practice.
At the end, we will compare the first and last photos and see the transformation happen before our eyes.
Duration: 3 hours
Suitable for amateur and professional photographers alike
Workshop Formats (except photography):
Group sessions for organizations, private groups, or schools
One-on-one sessions
Online via Zoom (bring your own art materials for painting)
