I am Abigail Fri
A multidisciplinary artist, actress, art model, speaker and workshop facilitator on body image, self-love, and creative expression.
To face my own fears and confront feelings of shame and self-criticism, I embarked on a journey to become a nude life model. From this journey, I developed a personal language that connects art, body, and emotion, allowing for greater freedom and courage in life.
In my work, I move between art studios, theater stages, and encounters with diverse audiences.
In every space, I create an environment that allows people to release, breathe, reconnect with themselves, and celebrate aspects of life that often feel heavy or uncomfortable.
My goal is not to teach you how to “be beautiful,”
but to remind you that you are already a work of art.
Not perfect, but alive, bold, and authentic.
