I am Abigail Fri | Model of Inspiration

A certified art therapy instructor, actress, life model and multidisciplinary artist.

At the heart of my work today are my workshops and the lecture

"When I Will Be Beautiful".

​

I believe that the complex and "heavy" issues of life -

such as body image, burnout, grief or the fears that accompany motherhood and childbirth,

can and should be touched upon through creativity, curiosity and lots of fun.

My approach makes dealing with difficulties an accessible, liberating and life-filled experience.

From my experience as a life model and actress, I have developed a language that connects the body and emotion.

In meetings with me, I do not teach you how to "be beautiful",

but rather remind you that you are already a living, bold and true work of art.
