My Shows

Written and performed by Abigail Fri

Harmony is a powerful solo performance, a courageous theatrical journey into the inner world of a woman struggling to remember who she is amid silence, shame, and survival.

Through poetic text, original music, movement, and raw physical expression, a wounded childhood unfolds and transforms into an adulthood in search of healing. This is Harmony’s fight to reclaim her life and to prove she has a voice, even when no one wants to hear it.

Harmony gives voice to the unseen and unheard, to girls who were made to feel invisible or unworthy, and to women who rise, stand tall, and rediscover their strength.

Blurring the boundaries between reality and imagination, between trauma and art, and between suffering and redemption, Harmony offers an unflinching look at pain, freedom, and the right of every woman to reclaim her voice.

This is bare, intimate, and deeply moving feminine theater, a story of survival, transformation, and truth.
